ORDER FULFILLMENT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

It's business as usual at Runway Room, with our online store and warehouse operations still up and running.

Please note that Australia Post has advised of delays across their entire network due to the Covid-19. 

 

 

DELIVERY TIMES

All parcels are shipped from Runway Room’s Melbourne warehouse using Australia Post eParcel. Once an online order is placed, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please note longer dispatch times for Sale period. You'll also receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

    Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods & promotional campaigns.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Delivery timelines stated above are in business days, and orders must be placed before 2PM AEDT to be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note, Runway Room is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.

    Taxes are included in the price of the product for multiple countries, no additional taxes are due or calculated at checkout. Some orders may incur additional duties fees which vary from country to country, if the total value of an order surpasses a certain value. These fees are government related and out of Runway Room's control. 

    There will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. Alternatively, if our team are able to return your parcel back, any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from the refund total.

    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

    If you wish to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes before the checkout when making your purchase.
